The rooms were new-fashioned with excellent bathroom, comfy beds plus excellent lighting and the breakfast was warm. The hotel's position was nice, in a college town.

My stay was pleasant, liked special vibes!

The place was fairly clean and staff was very helpful. I was happy, the double room I booked came with all necessities and excellent lighting. The pool area was nice and the location was convenient, near all the waterfalls, state parks, shopping and restaurants, falls and wineries and like Stewart Park.

The people working in the hotel where very helpful and extremely friendly. Got a nice size and brand-new a double room with all necessities when arrived, loved that. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was special throughout the property.

I stayed here for two nights and appreciated how close I was to Upper Buttermilk Falls State Park and the scenic Gorge Trail, easy for my weekend strolls through fine natural landscapes and enjoying views of the beautiful waterfall.

The staff, especially quinton, were so nice and helpful. Our suite with two queen beds was spacious and comfy. I loved the indoor saltwater pool after a workout in the 24-hour fitness center. Breakfast was good, with delicious cinnamon buns and a pancake maker that set it apart. The location is perfect for visiting the finger lakes.

Perfect for family trips

We had this amazing breakfast, there was a pancake machine that my daughter couldn't get enough of! And the staff really stood out, especially Sandie in the breakfast room.

On the downside, the bathroom sink was slow to drain, and there was a noticeable noise issue from the busy road outside. The lighting in the room was a bit strange was great. The overall cleanliness could use some attention, especially in common areas. Staff interaction was inconsistent-some were friendly, while one seemed a bit detached.

I had a great time at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious with options like omelets and those hot cinnamon buns. The pool area was refreshing, though it could use a bit of cleaning. it was a good experience!

Decent Stay with Some Issues

The queen room was comfortable, but noise from the upper floors was distracting. The individual AC unit worked well, although it was quite loud. A potential improvement would be better soundproofing.
